Press to do job under illeagl rules by senior officer , my friend is doing a job in mcgm security department about 10 years in security department the monthly rotation duty is compulsory in a unit under rules but due officer selfish rules some of security guards doing same duty points almost 5 years and some security guards doing the duty anywhere by the rules of rotation which complaint we can file against that corrupted officer and also I want ask that in government secotor if one of the government employee which ill due some reason then that employee can get some advantage under the certain rules please suggest
