A.Dear Sir,
Your mother may file multiple cases against your father and some portion of your father's salary will be credited into the account of your mother if she files petition under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code before Family Court.

A.your mother can file/claim:
498a complaint (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)
Domestic Violence case (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)
she has rights to claim residence, protection, compensation, etc
maintenance case,
if she does not want to opt the divorce presently, can ask for judicial separation also,
