This is to bring to your kind notice that I served my position at Sitapur, Uttarpradesh, in a Delhi(Noida) based company from 16.10.2018 to 31.03.2019. As per the appointment letter, the jurisdiction area is Delhi and I am working in Lucknow.
I served my resignation on 02.03.2019 due to personal reasons. As per my appointment letter I was supposed to serve a notice period of 60 days or payment in lieu of. Similarly my company can relieve me.
I committed to serve my notice period for sixty days i.e. till 01.05.2019 and was serving my duties in similar manner, but my company, without assigning any reason, willfully relieved me from my duties on 31.03.2019. My relieving formalities were forcefully done on 01.04.2019.
As per the conditions of appointment letter, my company is supposed to pay remuneration from 01.03.2019 to 01.05.2019, but it is not responding. On 31.05.2019 this company transferred very little amount as full n final settlement, whereas the amount should me 30 times more.
Please advice me for getting my salary and physical punishment for the mental & physical harassment which I suffered because of this company. Can I file a suit in Lucknow Hi-Court.
