My father and mother was dead.and now me and my sister want share in father house but my big brother is not ready to give us share.and after marriage i leave my father house in 1999 and my brother still leaving in that house.and my sister is widow.so how can we take share in father house?

1. Please tell me date when your parents died.
2. You should first try approaching your brother by legal notice ( maybe he agrees to give you both your share or an equivalent amount, for that you can contact me), not once give it two-three times, he will come on the table.
