sir
iam working private organization past 32 months but i resign my job may 24 but they will give only 24 days salary,ta bills but they have not paid my notice period salary and ta bills this query i posted to labour commissioner telangana they have arranged joint meeting tommorrow i will attend are not pls tell me

A.Dear Client

you must go to the labour commissioner and put forward your point of view. The Labour Commissioner after hearing both the sides will provide his opinion and if that is in your favour then the employer will have to pay the rest amount. IF it is not in your favour then you can ignore.
