if i gvn dowry complaint. and if its fir den if dat husband redy for setlment in us only den is it possible to cancel fir. or hw to cancel the complaint. wt is d process of investigation on dowry case

A.dear client in your case since you have given the complaint, you can cancel it anytime before the charge sheet is filed. But, please be cautious, as because you might face issues the second time in lodging the complaint.

A.you need to withdraw the FIR before charge sheet is filed before the court. Withdraw the from the police station itself or pray before the court for withdrawal of such.
