Loan given to a friend of Rs. 10,000

Hi, One of my friend asked me an urgent loan of Rs. 10,000/- and promised to return, now she has blocked me and not returning my money. Please help how to recover it legally. I know her work address not her residential address. What happens once I issue her a legal notice thru a lawyer. Can she ignore it? I have a phonepay UPI transaction proof showing the transfer.

Legal Notice may not work if she choose to not to reply and you may not go to Court as it requires time and expenditure. You may threaten her to put her name in social channels about the transaction and thus she may come to terms and settle the amount.

A.Send her a Legal Notice of demand , along with the proof you have ....or else file a civil suit against her

A.You can send legal notice first and seek response. If it doesn't work you will have to proceed legally. Plz contact if needed. Thanks

You can send her a legal notice at her work place but please be cautious that it is only addressed to her and not to her boss or company. And further, you can send her a legal notice through an advocate. She won't be able to ignore it and if she does then you can file a suit for recovery.
And if you don't want to send a legal notice then you can directly file a suit for recovery against her.
