Sir, on my and my family, in the year 2014, there was a case of Section 294, 323/34, 448, which has been acquitted under section 320 (8). I want this information that i Q. Can the selection of the Patwari recruitment in 2017?

A.First of all ur query is not clear .However the settled position is acquittal means acquittal from very first day and even u were tried and acquitted, is of no legal consequence and doesn't affect ur job search either pending one where you have already applied or the one where you will apply in the future.

respected sir, I had a case under section 294,323 / 34,448 in the year 2014 which has been acquitted by mutual agreement under Section 320 (8). Am I eligible for government service?

If the case been settled and properly compounded then it amounts to acquittal and will not affect ur job prospects.
