I work in Consultancy based on Gurgaon. I was deputed to Chennai location in private companylam
After 6 months, Chennai company stopped my contract and asked meto join as permanent employee.
Now the consultancy didn't informed me priorly before contract ends.
I informed them and asked for relieving letter.
They keeps on postponing the matter for almost one and half months now. I even insisted them to get a role in different company location or give the relieving letter.
They still asking for time.
I was jobless now and i cant join in any other company due to lack of relieving letter.
Is it possible to get the salary from them for 1 and half months. What should i do
