Company not paying full and final settlement payment

Hi my name is rohan, i was working in a startup. Company is not paying my full and final settlement Salary payment of last 7 month. I have all the nessaary documents like reliving letter offer letter experience letter. ID card mail offer etc. Now what should i do , should i sue the founder and director or what next process should i follow please guide me. Thanks

A.if the amount of due salary exceeds Rs. 1 Lakh then you can send the demand notice U/s 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as per the prescribed format. if you due amount will not paid after that then subsequently you can file an Application under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code before the Jurisdictional National Company Law Tribunal for initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
However, if after service of demand notice they will not pay the due amount then please assess the cost and benefit ratio of your case.

A.Send the comapny a legal notice under Companies Act,
