I had selected for interview for state civil service exam. But didn't make up in the final selection list. However out of 11 UR posts 2 posts (1PH,1CFF) were kept vacant as no candidates were qualified. So can I give representation before the commission for considering my selection against those PH/CFF category posts? Are such posts transferrable to general (UR) category of no candidates are found?
