One Police officer had taken one policy some 30 days back. As now the free look period is over he is claiming the money and is threatening me that he will file one FIR of cheating. Please advise.

A.dear client in your matter It is a wake threat of police officer.You lodge complaint before the dist collector.

A.You write a letter to his higher officer about this, which will be an evidence for you, he should have filed FIR within 24 hours.

A.The police officer is grossly misusing his position. At the first instance make a complaint against him to SP of concerned district. You have sold him a policy which is a genuine transaction and there is no reason to lodge an FIR against you. Liability of return if any is of the Insurance company

A.Your quest is not clear, that why he is threatning. It is also not clear that whether you have given him policy or any else. Kindly post your quest with date of incidents so that our expert would be able to give you best opinion over it.

A.If he has sign policy documents as per the terms and conditions then do let him know about that free lock in period is over, don't worry he will not be able to do anything beside harassment and yes make writing complaints to higher police officers regarding his threat
