from Sbi accounts money was debited without customer interference. bank people are not responding the same where are the customers are getting justice

This is a classic case of cyber fraud. If you havent shared the OTP details then you are eleigible for full refund of the amount.
Kindly send them a notice highlighting your grievance and the fact that you havent shared any OTP or password and the money shall be refunded.
