Complaint against Employer

I have been writing to my previous employer to mark my Date of Exit in my PF account in order to claim.No response received for last 02 months. I have also submitted grievance with EPF,RO Delhi South but the Employer has not updated the same.
Now, pl. guide where do I submit my grievance.Would Labour Dept or Consumer Complaint would help?

A.Hello,
You can file a complaint before labour commissioner of your jurisdiction for your matter.
Consumer Court are specifically for consumers.
