What's the time limit for construction of a house in a plot within gated community? Can the Housing Association fix a deadline to complete the constructio
A.Dear Sir,
It seems it is a repeated question. The general law says that it must be completed within a reasonable time of 24 months failing which you may approach consumer forum for compensation etc.
