Regarding Earned Leave on sickness

I am working in a Central Govt. PSU. I was suffering from fever on 15th Nov. 2019 and informed to my reporting officer at 10 AM. On 18th Nov I applied Earned Leave for the absence on 15 th Nov. But leave was not granted. I want to know whether one can avail E/L due to sickness and medical certificate required for one day leave.

You have to produce medical certificate even for one day and always be in good books of your employer and boss.

A.You will need to submit all your medical test or report to the your higher authority
