Hi Sir,
Got married with patient(INCURABLE Disease),she did stay one month also, weather i have pay maintenance or not.i request please advice Sir/Madam.

Once married you are under obligation to pay maintenance. Better get divorce on medical grounds by paying lumpsum amount below Rs. 2,00,000/-.

A.you have to pay the maintenance but if you are able to prove that the marriage was solemnized with fraud, you can get the marriage as null and void,
if the marriage is declared null, you need not pay any maintenance

A.If you are legally wedded husband of her, then as per law you shall be hold liable to maintenance to her.
