A.Dear Sir,
You may ask your father to file a private complaint and civil case against her restraining her from interfering into the private life of your father.

Thanks.

A.though your uncle's relationship with the lady might be a bilateral agreement, yet, if she makes any complaint in the police your uncle will be in grave crisis,
he may be charged with rape on the false promise of marriage, sexual harassment, beatings, threats, video viral, etc
suggest him to try to settle the matter amicably by convincing her which I think is very difficult.
alternatively,
your uncle can make a police complaint against her, taking his family especially wife in trust, for blackmailing, extortion of money, mental harassment, etc.

A.If your uncle not have any legal relationship with that lady and have affair with her previously then she can file criminal complaint for breach of trust, rape, maintenance. But it shall not be possible to her to prove that relationship with your uncle without concrete proofs. Therefore stop payment to be done to her.
