Regarding In which court I Should File the case

Sir, my father has been dismissed after departmental inquiry of Central Bank of India. Whole inquiry is conducted in Chhindwara Madhya Pradesh. Now Can I file case in Nagpur High Court in Maharashtra.

A.The High Court of Madhya Pradesh is having the absolute jurisdiction,

A.Where your father's are living or current working place both the option for filling case against them in high Court

A.Dear Sir,
You cannot file case in Nagpur which comes under Maharashtra State. You may go for Service Tribunal or High Court as may be advised by your advocate who must be conversant with service laws.
