My husband has produced some photo of mine with other guy and now mentioning that i was in relationship with that guy and he has used me and nw my husband is not ready to accept me asking for divorce please help me how can i break those proofs please advise me

A.do you know that guy? if not, then lodge a complaint with the police against husband for casting aspersions on your character by fabricating against you and treating you with cruelty. If you both knew the guy, do you suspect a foul play by husband or the guy or by both? the reasons? since when your husband knows the guy? answers to these questions will decide your future course of action but only as a last resort. First try to convince your husband if possible.

A.Dear Sir,
Now, Supreme Court says that adultery is not an offence if committed by wife. You may lodge complaint against your husband that guy for creating such false evidences if police do not co-operate then approach Magistrate and file private complaint.
