We would like to know if the Employment Letter printed and duly signed on Company Letter Head can be considered valid in case of any dispute? Also, in case if any employee leaves office without completing the notice period and other formalities, can the company hold his salary?

A.dear client, company letterhead is sufficient proof for an appointment. the company can not hold a salary more than a month for employees leaves.

A.Dear client,
No issue, that appo. Letter must be signed by concerned authority duly stamped if so. But letter head is sufficient.
They can not hold salary more than a month.
