We were denied boarding flight due to late arrival at gate despite having confirmed tickets and boarding passes and told to check for connecting flights. We checked-in our baggage at least 1 hour before departure and it took almost 50 minutes at security check-in which made us get to the gate just 10 minutes before departure. Anyhow we took connecting flight at additional cost and reached destination but our baggage has not arrived. They made us wait for 2 days to handover our baggage which made us distressed. We finally collected our bags during our return flight journey which is after 2 days of arrival. Can we lodge a complaint against airline company for their negligence seeking compensation?
A.1. Sure, you can file a consumer complaint against them for deficiency in services, negligency, unfair trade practice, etc

A.Yes. You may issue a notice to the airline first claiming compensation for the inconvenience caused to you. If there is no response, then file a petition before the jurisdictional District Consumer forum.

A.yes , you can file complaint before the CONSUMER FORM for the deficiency in service and you can claim compensation from the Airline company
