A.1. if the chapter has been closed after beating, forget and leave the matter,
2. if she is making any threats, go for filing a police complaint,
3. she can also file a counter-complaint against you

A.First register FIR in Police Station against them and if Police not take cognizance of your complaint then you can file criminal private complaint in court through Lawyer.
