Me an my freind were arrested in July 2015 for fight case with our employer regarding salary. We spend one night in Jail and then nextday we got bail from court.
We were told that chargesheet will be filed within 90 days and we will receive it and then case will start
Till now it is 2020 ,we have not heard anything from court and polica. Is the case still open or there is nothing to worry.
Please reply as I have applied for job in another company. I dont want any issue in background verification

A.Dear Sir,
You have to visit concerned Court or Police Station through advocate and see that see its status. If it is still pending for final report then approach High Court for closing the said matter otherwise your feedback will be shown as involved in criminal case.

A.Hi client,
Consult an advocate and you might have the case number. Go to the local police station and search along with that.
