Dear sir/madam
If you have not disclosed the previous existing disease as on the date of policy then they may withold or even reject the claim.

Hi client,
Section 45 in the new Bill says no claim can be repudiated after three years of the policy being in force, even if a fraud is detected.
Well this can be judged after a certain verification. And if your fraudulence is proven your policy might be affected.Details of your policy type and the kind of evidences against your diseases and the period of revealing is to be checked.
