A.Hi client,
After your father's death your mother is entitled to get the pension. You are not suppose to get the pension even after your mother's death.
Thank you

A.Dear Devendra,
On demise of your father , ur mother has been entitled for pension, but if she is alive then no one can withdraw such pension without her help. Even though, if she is demised, then such pension would not be allowed to continue. It will have to intimate immediately to the office concerned for the information of her demise. Otherwise it would amount to be as fraud , after reasonable period of time.Only up to wife is allowed.
Thanks.
