Technical advice regarding signing an MOU with a foreign company

I represent a private company in India. We are planning to get into a strategic partnership with a private limited company in Germany. I would like to know the legal implications of signing this MOU and also the state laws that need to be considered while drafting the same.

A.Dear client,
If u r representing but as what, that is Important. However, being a strategic partner in a Germany company would be governed by the lawful provisions permitted in Germany , Company and contract law, and partship law prevailing thereat . Hence, accordingly your involvement would be legal there.
