Also an appeal is filed 52 days later in the Kundapura Assistant Commissioner Court dated 21-Sep-2019. (1.) Can an appeal be filed after 38 years on a Tribunal Judgement passed in 24-Oct-1980 transferring RTC rights to the then tenant ? (2.) What is the objective of filing a Writ Petition 52 days before filing appeal in the lower court? (3.) Can tribunal judgement be challenged in lower courts like AC Court or is it that they can be challenged only in the High Court?

A.Your case seems bit complicated and needs careful scrutiny. However filing writ Writ Petition might be having purpose of taking plea for delay condonation in appeal. Land Tribunal award can be challenged in appeal but if there is no appeal then Writ is remedy. Plz contact for further details. Without documents no full and exact advice is encouraged. Thanks
