My tenant vacated in mid Feb after giving one month notice. He paid full rent for Jan but half for Feb claiming that he has stayed only half the month. Is he right or can I claim full rent for Feb?

Rent matter is as per your agreement. So check what is your rental agreement. He is good tenant since he paid that half month also.
