A. Legal Heir certificate is issued by District Court / High Court , you have NOT mentioned from which City or State you all belong. It requires 6 months time to get if there is NO Objection . And only ONE Certificate is enough for both the banks & both the sisters will have to sign for the Legal Heir certificate.

A. The ICC itself comprise of Presiding officer, an external member and an Employee member. Despite if the organization is engaging an advocate for advising its ICC it can do so, there is no harm. The main concern should be that under no way the principle of natural justice should be infringe.
