Hi Team , My friend not return my money , I have all proof that I give money via IMPS , call recording , mail communication all proof , I also fill FIR against him ...can you please suggest other options how I get my money back

A.U can send him legal notice. After that if he will not guve u reply in 15dys u can file case of recovery of money.

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount,
3. chat, call records, WhatsApp record, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence

A.Yes, you can get your money back `as you have all the proof, but why have you NOT taken a Bank Cheque from him for the amount... You will have to file a recovery suit.... & follow other measures to recover the amount
