Emi moratorium

Respected sir, this month I am not able to pay my loan EMI .the bank agent is forcing me to pay the emi. On 10 September supreme court order that moroturium pridiod still SEP 28 then also bank agent misbehaving with me . Therefore shall I take any legal action on them ? And how ?

A.U can tell them that s.c has been extended the moroturium period so please give some time according to the s.c order they can not force u till 28 sep. If they are doing again and again u can take legal action against them

A.you can submit an application to the bank regarding the moratorium period with a copy of the said letter to the RBI

A.This bank agent are unauthorized people.. you will have to take Legal help by appointing a good lawyer to defend the case of yours regarding repayment.. once you appoint the lawyer no agent will mis- behave.. So now take a immediate legal action.
