Form filling job
I did a form filling job, 900 forms was to be correct, but i had done 861 forms correctly, now the are sending some legal documents and telling thatthey will take legal action if I dont pay any money.

it has to be legal notice.
company have to really exist.
you dont have to do anything. it is all fraud.
you have to file case on them.

A. Hi,
If the government has taken your property, the government is liable to compensate you for the same. Do file a complaint in the local municipal regarding this.

for applying jobs, there is no problem of running cases until job is sensitive nature.
if cases proven later with serious sections then you will loose job.

A. In case they are avoiding your query, but they cannot avoid to clarify any Lawyer's notice. You can serve them a legal notice or can directly move before the Labour Inspector under the Payment of Wages Act. Aside please look whether they are remitting the statutory remittances like EPF or ESIC or not, else they will even face more complications.
