We have small piece of land in our native which is in tamilnadu. My dad and his brother are the true heirs. Govt has allotted and provided all the original documents. We have the patta also. Even the land was surveyed and thasildhar has approved the survey. Now in that small piece of land my uncle who is close relation had put up a shed in one corner from past 7 years which we did not care since they are our close relatives, and thought they will vacate when we request. But they turned against us and this went into physical fight where dad and opposite person was hurt by pushing each other. Opposite person got injured in head and later dad went to police station and gave complaint
A.both parties got hurt and both filed complaint.
any arm and stone was used to attack or it was only hand fight .
what actions was done earlier to remove illegal possession.
