Hi ,
I am planning to buy one house in Mumbai, the Property in the name of Husband and wife (age 55 above) having one Major daughter, at the time buying house, do i need to take NOC from Daughter also.as seller is not willing to provide the same. They say this is not required as house belongs to there name not in daughter. request me to kindly help me on this. Thank You.
