This is something wrong done to you, you can write a mail to them mentioning the entire details. If still no response i received you should send a legal notice through an advocate then go for a case filing.

As it is a mutual consent divorce the alimony will be solely decided by the parties, the court does not interfere in such case.
Both the parties mutually agree and then take the payments, it can be monthly annually . An MOU can be made between the parties for such decisions.

A. You can file police complaint against inlaws for your streedhan under 406 ipc that trusting them you gave it to them and now they are not returning. You can get your whole streedhan back as you have an inalienable right on it and you can claim it any time you want.
