In case of mutual divorce, what are the settlements the wife is entitled to and how is it calculated? Can this be a monthly installment or has to be one time payment?

A.Hi client,

As it is a mutual consent divorce the alimony will be solely decided by the parties, the court does not interfere in such case.
Both the parties mutually agree and then take the payments, it can be monthly annually . An MOU can be made between the parties for such decisions.

A.Dear Client
In mutual divorce, the settlement amount is fixed consensually by both the parties. “When a couple gets divorced by mutual consent, the decision on whether any alimony or maintenance is to be paid is a matter of consensus between them
Alimony decided by the partners or by the court can be paid monthly, annually or on a periodic basis, depending on the court’s decision after considering the claimant spouse’s request.
Thank You

A.Dear Sir,
The Court is neutral person and it never decides alimony or monthly maintenance in case of mutual divorce. You have to decide by yourself.
