You can give a written complaint to the Municipal Commissioner. The Land Acquisition and Revenue departments will investigate the issue. Executive Engineers have to inspect the spot and file a report. If the report confirms encroachment, a notice is sent to the encroacher.

As you are in probation period and company is having its internal policy in this regard and which is applicable to the employees, who are in probation period, then you have to serve the notice period. And secondly No Employer can force an Employee to complete the Notice period, it is for the employee to complete the Notice period in order to take his full salary and the relieving letter. You can tell them about your problem for not serving the notice period.

You can apply for the divorce in Family Court. Section 13(ia) of The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 says the divorce can be filed if the petitioner is treated with cruelty after the solemnisation of the Marriage.
