A. It is legal or illegal depends on your mind also.
Greed of people of easy money will be always there and till then fraud MLM schemes will continue.

A. your action depends on damage.
If its done purposefully then you can even call police.
else send legal notice first to claim damage and stop any further damage.
after that you can file case for recovery of damage.

A. - Make affidavit on a stamp paper mentioning your both old and new name , address, details.
- Notarize by a Notary.
- Then publish this in 2 newspapers
- After this do Gazette Publication
- Then complete the formalities in the office of Controller of Publication, Department of Publication.
This is process and then you can use new name.
But in Visa and every other place you have to mention both old name and new name. Some countries view this with suspicion for reason of change of name.

A. There are 2 different issues. But result will be same.
1. Ancestral property
2. Purchased property
Ancestral property is divided as per current scenario. so all get equal share.
Purchased property becomes HUF property so as per sec 8 of succession act, all will get equal share.

A. File Child custody case so you will get complete rights.
You should have done it earlier itself.
If they are not accepting divorce notice then you can get ex-parte divorce.
but if you want alimony then the case will be delayed.

A. - Minor girl have 50% share.
- Custody rights of minor girl is with natural guardian i.e. father.
- Grandmother is already 60 so it already goes against her.
- You have to prove that father is not taking care of minor and then get guardianship of minor.
- Father can not misuse the money, you can enforce audits.

You may have to visit Bangalore and file a complaint at the police station which has jurisdictional authority over the area where your rented house was. Otherwise, you may also consider lodging a complaint about the advancement of the security deposit with the rent controller authority in the area.

A. The HMA does not recognize bigamy, therefore the second marriage is considered void. But the courts have taken cognizance of the second marriage in exceptional cases while dealing with maintenance under S.24. However, she is not allowed a claim at the property of the man, and only the first wife receives it. Children get an equal claim irrespective of whether they arise out of first marriage or second.

A. Hi,
The preliminary solution would be to issue a legal notice to the tenant for eviction. If the tenant is adamant about staying, you may approach the court of civil judge and file a suit for eviction under S.6 (1)(d) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act.
