A. what police can do in this because there is no crime.
you should try to get evidence and then can file for divorce.
you have to file child custody case to get visiting rights and maybe she will give child also to you.

A. give warning first which I guess you did.
so throw tenant out until you love the tenant to live in your house for any reason.
you can install water meter and CCTV in that case .

Is this not abuse of power/justice?
Respondent has breached the interim order and applied u/s 482 for quashing and got interim relief.Due to lock down he got sufficient period for enjoying relief for about 24 months.Pl advice.

which new interim relief is valid for 24 month due to corona ?
advice can be given based on these information only.
If you are taking abt maintenance then you can get dues afterwards also.

A. gift deeds are also registered.
so they are valid.
a WILL can be changed anytime so your father thought he will change it later or he did with complete intention and knowledge.
you can challenge but success is remote.
they can come for settlement also.

A. when money was asked then you came to senses.
before that you not thought of search data entry fraud/reviews/problems.
if you still not came to now that its fraud company then you can ask them that you will complete all forms and then they can deduct this amount from your payment. they will deny it.
just block them.
there is no legal action from them or you.

A. RERA itself objecting you to file case with them then think how they will give you relief ?
better take consumer case to logical end.
but if you still like RERA then approach lawyer who can file it for you .
