As per your inputs your vendor need to pay TDS during the said financial year, if you are made to deduct TDS then claim the amount paid towards TDS through legal notice.

This means that an order has been passed with regard to the IA. There is no limit on the number of IAs you can file, so you can try again. You will have to show that non-advancement of the case will be detrimental to you, this can be proved with your testimony and other relevant materials to the case.

You will have to contact the executor of the will for more details, the witnesses to the will can serve as proof of its existence. Wills are registered at the sub-registrar's office, so we'd recommend that you visit the relevant one and ask them for a copy.

You can file a partition suit as you are a valid legal heir and entitled to a share of the property.

No, they have no right to call you and harass you. If it does happen, you can make a complaint to the cyber police cell. A complaint can also be filed for cheating and fraud.
You can ignore any emails or calls you will get from them, as they cannot ask you to pay any money to them.

A. Hi,
Agreements on normal papers are valid in evidence and are enforceable as against the parties who have signed the same. If notice does not contains the order from court, you can sell the property, however, you can yourself bring a suit against the buyer to stop such interference.
