You can file a partition suit as you are a valid legal heir and entitled to a share of the property.
The Court can then divide the property among all the legal heirs equitably.

No, they have no right to call you and harass you. If it does happen, you can make a complaint to the cyber police cell. A complaint can also be filed for cheating and fraud.
You can ignore any emails or calls you will get from them, as they cannot ask you to pay any money to them.

A. Hi,
Agreements on normal papers are valid in evidence and are enforceable as against the parties who have signed the same. If notice does not contains the order from court, you can sell the property, however, you can yourself bring a suit against the buyer to stop such interference.

Since no consideration was paid to you, the contract becomes void ab-initio, however, the unregistered sale deed is not valid, and a sale deed to register would require your sign also, as you are a partner. Also, if you want to initiate any legal proceedings, you can send them a legal notice for the same, and also you can institute a case against other partners.
