My neighbour is running 4-wheeler garage on corporation road near my house and creating a lot of disturbance to me since many years. How can i close it permanently his garage business?

A.You can directly made complaint to the corporation..as well lodged criminal complaint.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint with the police under S.268 of the Indian Penal Code, for private nuisance. If it is found that his activities have been injurious to your rights, then the Court can pass an injunction order prohibiting his activities.
He does however have a right to carry on his profession so long as his licenses and permits are in order.

A.Hi,
