A. Dear Sir,
Please don't jump to conclusion. You just cause notice on them then lodge representations before the higher ups then approach high court. The HC will issue necessary directions and pass strictures, it enough. Police case never stand.

A. Property cannot be registered unless you have a valid tittle which includes land as well as building if house is owned as a one unit.But if there are separate flats, then each flat owner is owner of his portion of the flat and gets compensation under land acquisition. Even a person in possession is entitled to 1/3 of the compensation amount decided either by the LAO or by the reference court or further in appeal by the high court or supreme court.
