A. Dear client,

If the terms of your loan agreement state that you must absolutely pay the EMI no matter what conditions, read the agreement to see what options exist to break this or what penalty you might have to pay. If it is a small co-operative society bank where you can try and negotiate with the bank personnel, you can also pursue this course of action

A. Dear client,

Back when your father bought the plot, he would have signed a sale agreement or something of that sort, this document will help you prove that the land is originally yours and illeglaly being occupied. These papers can be used as evidence in court to support your claim, there is no necessity to track down the new owners etc, just find the documents that support the fact that your father bought that plot of land.

A. Dear Client,

When a search report of the property available from the registry shows the discrepancy/anomaly in the area/size of the property, until and unless the dispute is resolved, based on the available deed of the disputed property if the same is bought, you may face similar consequences in the future when you need to transfer the title of the said disputed property to others. So, ask the seller to get the dispute resolved before selling the property to you. You may consult an Advocate in ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

Having knowledge of the lock-in period of 10 years from 2004 to 2014, you bought a SRA property in 2005 and got it registered in your name as the owner of the property which is a violation of the standing rules of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority. Now on the objection from the Bank to sanction a loan to the prospective buyer of the said property, you need to contact the regulatory authority i.e, SRA for changing the name as an Owner/Seller of the said property.

A. Dear Client,

If your query is meant for RWA i.e, Resident Welfare Association then that is required to be registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Each state may have amendments included from time to time and these shall be applicable on all RWAs in that particular state. Being registered under the Societies Registration Act means that the RWA is governed by constitutional documents and cannot work according to its own will. The documents ensure that RWAs have special powers but ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
The applications for registration of homestay startups were initially handled by the State Government, applications now are accepted and handled at the district level itself. This makes it easier for the establishment in small towns and rural areas. After submission of the application forms for registration, the representatives of the district administration come in for a surprise inspection, following which a homestay is recognized and rated as per the facility available. As a home ...ReadMore
