Back when your father bought the plot, he would have signed a sale agreement or something of that sort, this document will help you prove that the land is originally yours and illeglaly being occupied. These papers can be used as evidence in court to support your claim, there is no necessity to track down the new owners etc, just find the documents that support the fact that your father bought that plot of land.

(Aapke father ne jab 2013 me plot liya tha tab koi papers ya phir documents sign kiya hoga. Unko puchye ki ye documents kaha hai , kyunki yehi documents aapke liye evidence hoga.

Agar woh documents milgaye, aap court me case file kar sakte hai ki illegally occupy kara hai. Aapko naya wala dealer dhundne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Bas ye papers mil jaye, sab sahi hoga.)
