Your query made me confused by the word "ancestral cum self-acquired property". Both concepts are different and handled differently. While you can dispose of your self-acquired property any way you like you cannot transfer the property without the consent of legal heirs who got right in that property by birth.

A. As per Sec.167(2) of Cr PC time limit for filing Chargesheet post FIR by police is 90 days. In case police fails to submit a charge sheet with in this time limit,, accused is entitled to bail as a matter of right, from the magistrate court itself even in sessions cases
