Refund of coaching fee Refund of coaching fee

I have been attending this coaching for over a month but want to drop out as it is badly affecting my health. we have paid 6 months' fee already. I went on their website and it says no refund under any circumstances. during admission no such claim was made Can I get my money back, or should I simply attend the classes for the next 6 months?

A.Good evening!
As they already have a no refund policy, it would be hard to get the money back. It is advisable to attend the classes.

A.Dear Client,

As there is no condition of refund of tuition fees paid in advance by the Student to the Coaching institute at the time of admission, it cannot be claimed back on your personal ground that it is affected your health.
However, in case any deficiency in service is noticed on the part of the Educational Institute you may claim it by filing a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as the service rendered by the Educational Institute
comes under the purview of the Act.
