A. your question is like the Catch 22 situation, But how can the other person guarantee the job. There are many unreliable agents who offer you the deal but many just run away with the money. So again getting back the money is next to impossible. Instead tell the person to complete the selection process & tell him you are ready to give him only once you receive the government salary.

A. Just show your father's income and try to get such certificate but it is risky. Why such certificate required. Try for Merit seat, you are intelligent and brinlliant. Never under estimate yourself.
