DOUBT FOR OBC NON-CREAMY LAYER

Sir, my father is a Lawyer earns income very little. My mother is a Teacher in a state government school, earns more than 8 lakhs per annum. I'm their son, aged 20. Do I come under OBC non-creamy layer??
A.Just show your father's income and try to get such certificate but it is risky. Why such certificate required. Try for Merit seat, you are intelligent and brinlliant. Never under estimate yourself.
